Davido’s close friend and manager, Ubi Franklin, took to Instagram to update fans about the event. He shared a video from the celebration, expressing excitement about Ethiopia’s unique New Year tradition. “It’s New Year in Ethiopia, they are in 2017, they just entered 2017,” Franklin posted alongside the video clip.
