A young lady from Benue State has sadly lost her life after falling into the hands of one-chance robbers in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city.

Her body was discovered on Abubakar Street, located off Alex Ekwueme Street in the Jabi area of Abuja, according to reports from Trendibase.

Someone who knew her confirmed that she came from Ekaida in Agatu Local Government Area of Benue State.

The person, identified as Comrade Adanu Andrew, explained that the victim got into a vehicle with one-chance criminals on her way home from work.

According to Andrew, the criminals demanded one million naira from her family. Her loved ones were already preparing to raise the money when they saw a post on Facebook announcing her death.

He described her as a disciplined and well-behaved young woman who was genuinely trying to earn a living. Sadly, she was killed by people who only care about getting rich through evil means. He prayed for her soul to rest in peace and asked God to comfort her grieving family.
