Shanko Rasheed’s estranged wife, Adeyemi Kafayat, has finally regained custody of their two children after a tense family dispute.

The development comes weeks after Kafayat publicly accused the singer of taking the children away from her following the tragic death of their first child, Jamal.

She had earlier alleged domestic abuse and neglect, claiming these issues contributed to the emotional struggles that led to the teenager’s death.

Kafayat also appealed to the public and authorities for help in getting her children back, sparking widespread concern and reactions online.

According to Biola Adebayo, the custody was restored with support from concerned Nigerians and the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency.

Sharing the update, Biola confirmed the reunion, describing it as a victory after a difficult period for the family, as Kafayat is now back with her children.
