A Palestinian man, Qusai Abu al-Kebash, has accused Israeli settlers of carrying out a violent assault during a night raid in the West Bank.

He said a group of masked men entered his village, restrained him, and subjected him to abuse while beating and dragging him through the area.

Witnesses, including family members and foreign activists, confirmed parts of his account, saying they also faced threats during the attack.

The incident highlights growing concerns over rising violence linked to settlers, which rights groups say is increasing in frequency and severity.

Israeli authorities have announced an investigation, stating that acts of violence are unacceptable and those responsible will be held accountable.

However, many Palestinians remain doubtful, pointing to past cases with little justice, as tensions continue to rise across the region.
