Chelsea have received great news ahead of their Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur on April 3. Two key players, Cole Palmer and Noni Madueke, have returned to first-team training after recovering from injuries.
Palmer was out with a hamstring injury and missed Chelsea’s 1-0 defeat against Arsenal in March. The 22-year-old also had to withdraw from England’s World Cup qualifying matches against Albania and Latvia.
Madueke, 23, has been sidelined with a thigh injury, causing him to miss Chelsea’s last six matches in all competitions.
However, both players were spotted training on Friday at Cobham. Alongside them, Nicolas Jackson was also seen working on his fitness, signaling that he is close to returning as well.
With these key players back in training, Chelsea could have a stronger squad when they face Tottenham at Stamford Bridge next Thursday. Fans will be hoping their return boosts the team’s performance in this crucial match.
