Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has revealed that his administration is renovating 222 primary and secondary schools across the state. This project aims to improve school buildings and create a better learning environment for students.
Governor Otti shared this update during his monthly media chat for March, titled “Governor Alex Otti Speaks to Abians.” The event took place at the Government House in Umuahia.
He explained that the renovation work focuses on schools in the most urgent need of repairs. However, the government plans to extend the project until every community benefits.
“We are starting with the most critical schools, but we will continue until we improve school buildings in all communities,” he assured.
This initiative is part of Governor Otti’s commitment to enhancing education in Abia State by providing better infrastructure for students and teachers.
