US Senator Lindsey Graham has called for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to either change his approach or step down. His comments came after a tense meeting between Zelensky and former US President Donald Trump on Friday.

Speaking to the media, Graham advised Zelensky not to engage in arguments with Trump, saying, “Don’t take the bait, don’t let the media or anyone else pull you into a fight with President Trump.”

Later, outside the White House, Graham told reporters, “Zelensky is going to have to fundamentally change or go.”

He also posted on X, praising Trump’s handling of the situation. “I’ve never been more proud of President Trump for showing the American people—and the world—you don’t trifle with this man,” Graham wrote.

He added that Trump aimed for a ceasefire, but Zelensky seemed to provoke him during their Oval Office discussion.

The heated exchange has sparked debate over Ukraine’s leadership and the future of US involvement in the war.
