Top real estate brokers “Alexander brothers” convicted of s3x trafficking in case that shocked the real estate world

Three prominent American real estate brokers, Oren, Alon, and Tal Alexander, have been convicted of s3x trafficking following a five-week trial. The court found that the brothers used drugs and force to assault numerous women, many of whom were impressed by their wealth and lavish lifestyle.

Testimony from 11 women detailed assaults during luxury trips, including visits to the Hamptons, Aspen, and Caribbean cruises. Prosecutors said more than 60 women accused the brothers, while defense attorneys argued the encounters were consensual and motivated by personal gain.

Oren and Tal previously worked at Douglas Elliman before starting their own firm, Official, while Alon ran the family’s private security business. In addition to criminal charges, the brothers face around two dozen civil lawsuits, including one filed by reality star Tracy Tutor.

Several accusers reported being drugged at parties, nightclubs, and real estate events. Prosecutors emphasized that the women had no financial motive, with some being wealthy, and that the brothers’ abuse had been an open secret in the industry.

Evidence presented included messages and emails allegedly showing the brothers bragging about assaults and plotting to use drugs to lower victims’ inhibitions. Investigators also found references to sneaking drugs onto a cruise and sharing images of victims.

Victims testified about assaults from 2011 to 2017, with some detailing abuse as minors. Several women emphasized their lawsuits were not for money, but to prevent the brothers from harming others, comparing their wealth to a weapon used to exploit and intimidate.
