Nigeria international goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, is reportedly drawing interest from African clubs Simba SC of Tanzania and Morocco’s Raja Casablanca. The 29-year-old shot-stopper is currently on the lookout for a new club following his departure from South Africa’s Chippa United.
Nwabali requested the termination of his contract with Chippa United last week after four years with the club. The move allows him to explore opportunities elsewhere as he seeks the next step in his professional career.
Known for his agility and commanding presence in goal, Nwabali has earned a reputation as one of Africa’s top goalkeepers. He played a key role for Nigeria during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, impressing fans and scouts alike.
With interest from Simba SC and Raja Casablanca, the former Chippa United custodian is expected to carefully weigh his options before making a decision. His next club could benefit greatly from his experience at both domestic and international levels.
