Anambra Election: PDP candidate pledges to work with Soludo

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate in the Anambra governorship election has promised to work with Governor Charles Soludo if he loses the poll. The candidate said that the interest of the state is more important than party rivalry or personal ambition.

According to him, elections should not divide the people or create enemies. He explained that leadership is about service, and once the votes are counted, everyone must focus on developing Anambra. He praised Governor Soludo’s efforts in improving the state and said he is ready to support any administration that puts the people first.

The PDP candidate stressed that Anambra needs unity and cooperation to move forward. He added that political competition should not stop leaders from joining hands to improve infrastructure, education, security, and economic growth in the state.

He also encouraged his supporters to remain peaceful and avoid any form of violence during and after the election. He said democracy works best when people participate peacefully and accept the will of the voters.

His statement has been welcomed by some political stakeholders who believe that Anambra will benefit more when political leaders work together rather than fight after elections. Many residents hope this spirit of cooperation will help reduce political tension in the state.
