Davido has spoken after a video of him being hit on the head during his trip to Warri, Delta State, went viral over the weekend.

The singer was in Delta to perform at a wedding and later stopped by a club in Warri.

While leaving the club, someone filmed the moment Davido was suddenly tapped on the head. He looked surprised, and many people online claimed it was a fan who struck him.

Davido has now cleared the air on his X page, explaining that it was not a fan who hit him. According to him, one of his own security team members accidentally knocked his head while protecting him.
