Priscilla Presley, the former wife of Elvis Presley, has firmly denied any involvement in the late singer’s death after being accused in a $50 million lawsuit.
She is facing claims from Kruse and Fialko, who argue that she is trying to undermine them and void contracts they say are valid.
Priscilla has also filed her own lawsuit against the pair, claiming they isolated her from her long-time advisors, pressured her into signing dozens of agreements, and attempted to take control of her name and likeness.
A judge has remarked that, if true, her allegations could be considered “classic elder abuse.”
Kruse and Fialko, however, insist that the claims against them are false and are meant to silence them. They are seeking more than $50 million in damages, continuing the legal battle over contracts and control of Priscilla’s rights.
