APC and Tinubu are involved in destabilising opposition parties —Tambuwal

Former Sokoto State governor, Aminu Tambuwal, has accused President Bola Tinubu and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) of trying to create problems within opposition parties in Nigeria.

Tambuwal shared his view on Friday, September 5, during an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today. He said the ruling party and the president were responsible for causing conflicts inside opposition groups.

He explained, “When you observe what is happening in Nigeria’s political parties today, it’s clear that, despite any denials by anyone, including President Bola Tinubu, they are involved in creating divisions in opposition parties.”

Tambuwal further emphasized, “I am not merely suggesting this. They are actively engaged in efforts to destabilize opposition parties,” stressing that his claim was not based on doubt or suspicion.

When asked for proof, the former Speaker of the House of Representatives insisted, “I am not speculating. They are involved in all of this.”
