“It’s not just w**d” — Lady gets candid about quitting marijuana after years of heavy use

A woman recently opened up online about her struggle with marijuana addiction and the process of finally quitting. She wanted to remind others that its long-term impact can be more serious than it seems.

She explained that marijuana once felt like a trusted companion, helping her cope during hard times. However, over the years, it slowly affected her health, energy, and even how she looked.

“At first, marijuana gives you a temporary escape, wrapping you in comforting illusions,” she wrote. “It feels good for a moment, but eventually, you can’t keep running from reality. Each time you smoke, you’re giving a piece of yourself away.”

She noticed changes even in her old pictures, from a tired appearance to constant fatigue and decreased motivation. “I wasn’t using other drugs, just marijuana. But gradually, I lost my drive, started procrastinating, and spent more time indoors,” she admitted.

Her advice was straightforward: “It’s not a fair exchange. You might think you’re gaining, but you’re losing more than you realize. I’m not judging anyone who smokes, but remember, marijuana isn’t harmless. It’s not just weed.”
