Police said her 19-year-old husband allegedly carried out the attack before turning the gun on himself. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities responded around 9:25 p.m. and confirmed no other patients or staff were injured. Investigators described the incident as a domestic-related murder-suicide, adding that the case remains under active investigation.
