“Am I running mad?” — Wife of BBN host, Cynthia Obi Uchendu blasts Instagram vendors over poor customer service

Fashion entrepreneur and wife of Big Brother Naija host, Cynthia Obi Uchendu, is not staying quiet about poor treatment from online sellers. She recently spoke out on Instagram about how some vendors treat customers badly, even when people are spending their hard-earned money.

In her Instagram post, Cynthia shared her frustration with how some Instagram vendors handle customer service. She explained that she picked out a few items to buy and asked the seller for the total cost, including delivery. But instead of giving her the full amount, the seller sent her individual prices and left her to add it all up herself.

She was clearly upset and asked, “Isn’t it the seller’s job to give me the total price? Or am I running mad?” Her message showed just how annoyed she was by the poor service.

Cynthia didn’t stop there. She reminded business owners that good service matters, no matter how much the customer is spending. She said that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and care.

She also added that while things may be hard for everyone, that’s not a reason to treat buyers badly. If someone is spending their money, they should receive proper service in return.

Cynthia’s post serves as a reminder for online sellers to improve the way they do business. Respecting customers and offering good service should always be a top priority.
