At the recent Headies Awards, one of the most emotional moments came when the late Mohbad’s family took the stage to accept his award for Best Street Hop Artist. His wife, young son Liam, and his younger brother were there to honor his legacy.

In a heartfelt speech, Mohbad’s wife thanked everyone who supported them. She spoke on behalf of her late husband and their son, expressing deep gratitude to the Headies for recognizing Mohbad’s talent and legacy.

While accepting the award, she shared that she didn’t like calling him her “late husband” because she believed he still lived on, especially through their son, Liam.
