Gene Hackman’s final autopsy revealed

The official autopsy report for Oscar-winning actor Gene Hackman has been released, two months after he and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, were found dead in their New Mexico home.

Although there were no immediate signs of foul play, investigators thought the situation was suspicious enough to conduct a full search and investigation.

Hackman, who was 95 years old, had a history of congestive heart failure and severe kidney problems caused by high blood pressure. The report also noted that he had a bi-ventricular pacemaker implanted in April 2019 and showed signs of Alzheimer’s disease.

Doctors found that Hackman had old heart attacks that caused serious damage to parts of his heart. A close examination of his brain showed advanced Alzheimer’s disease.

Hackman tested negative for Hantavirus, the deadly disease carried by rats. Sadly, his wife, Betsy Arakawa, was found to have died from the virus. She was 65 years old.
