Wilfred Ndidi is expected to leave Leicester City this summer after the team was relegated from the Premier League.
The club’s relegation was confirmed after a 1-0 loss to Liverpool at the King Power Stadium. Ndidi has been with the Foxes for eight years and signed a new three-year contract just last summer.
Despite the new deal, the Nigerian midfielder may move on to a new club. In January, he was linked with a transfer to French club Monaco. Now, Turkish team Besiktas has also shown interest in signing him.
This season, Ndidi played in 24 league matches and made four assists.
