American rapper Wale has shared his thoughts on Nigerian singer Davido, saying the music star has the potential to be a world-class comedian. Wale, who was once part of Maybach Records, believes Davido’s natural humor could make him successful in comedy.
Wale’s comment came after a funny video of Davido on The Breakfast Club podcast went viral. During his appearance, the Nigerian singer made the show’s hosts—DJ Envy, Charlamagne tha God, and others—laugh with his humorous answers to their questions.
Reposting the video on X (formerly Twitter), Wale wrote, “Davido could be a world-class stand-up comedian .. natural.”
