Liverpool is just four wins away from winning the Premier League title. This is after Arsenal played a 1-1 draw with Everton on Saturday.
In the first half, Leandro Trossard scored for Arsenal, but Illiman Ndiaye’s penalty in the second half leveled the score. The draw leaves Arsenal with 62 points, which is 11 points behind Liverpool, who are playing Fulham away on Sunday. There are only seven games left in the season.
If Liverpool wins their upcoming games, they could secure the title when they play Tottenham Hotspur at home. This would mean Liverpool would receive a guard of honor from both Chelsea and Arsenal in their next games after Tottenham.
Liverpool last won the Premier League title in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
