Going to court could lead to expulsion – APC on Fubara Dagogo’s suspension

The All Progressives Congress has warned that members who take internal disputes to court risk being expelled from the party.

This follows the indefinite suspension of Fubara Dagogo by party executives in Bonny, Rivers State.

Speaking on television, Felix Morka said party rules require members to first use internal conflict resolution channels.

He explained that going to court without following due process is considered a serious violation that could lead to stricter punishment.

Dagogo’s suspension came after he challenged the party over its national convention, claiming he was denied proper documentation after paying for a nomination form.

The APC maintained that discipline and unity remain key, urging members to respect party guidelines and resolve issues internally.
