Iran Is ‘Running Out Of Missiles’ – The Telegraph

Iran’s capacity to launch mass missile attacks against the United States and Israel appears to be dwindling. Analysis shows Tehran has sharply reduced the number of ballistic missiles fired in 24-hour periods, possibly due to the destruction of ground-based transporter erector launchers (TELs) in US strikes.

In the early days of the conflict, Iran fired hundreds of missiles, but daily launches have dropped significantly. Gulf states including the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar reported fewer missiles in the latest attacks, suggesting Tehran’s missile stockpiles, estimated at 2,000–2,500 before the war, are being depleted.

US forces have focused on targeting Iran’s missile capabilities, destroying TELs and striking facilities such as a ballistic missile site in Isfahan. Satellite imagery confirms damage to multiple launch sites, reducing Tehran’s ability to sustain high-intensity attacks like those in the 12-day war with Israel last year.

Experts warn that Iran’s reduced missile use shows its offensive power has been heavily degraded, while the US faces pressure as its precision weapons stockpiles decline. Gulf states are currently less threatened due to effective interceptions, but the conflict continues to strain both sides’ resources.
