Iran Holds Mass Burial For 165 Schoolgirls & Staff Killed In US-Israel Airstrike

Iran has held a mass burial for 165 primary school girls and staff who were killed in what authorities described as a joint U.S.–Israeli airstrike on February 28. The attack reportedly struck a girls’ school in the southern city of Minab during the early phase of military operations.

Iranian officials said cruise missiles hit the school, causing heavy casualties among students and teachers. The tragic incident has sparked outrage across the country, with grieving families and community members attending the large funeral ceremony.

However, the Israeli military stated it was not aware of any Israeli or U.S. strike in that specific area. The conflicting accounts have added to tensions as both sides present different versions of what happened.

The reported attack has intensified global concern over civilian safety in the ongoing conflict. International observers continue to call for independent investigations to clarify the facts surrounding the incident.
