The Peoples Democratic Party in Taraba State has dismissed reports claiming the party has been delisted or declared unlawful. Party leaders described the claims as false and misleading.

In a statement, the state chapter insisted that the PDP remains legally recognised and properly registered. It assured members and supporters that there is no threat to the party’s status.

Officials also stressed that the party in Taraba is united and focused on strengthening its structure ahead of future political activities. They called on members not to be distracted by rumours.

The PDP leadership urged the public to verify information from official sources. They maintained that the party remains committed to democratic principles and service to the people.
