Transfer: Durosinmi joins Serie A club Pisa from Viktoria Plzen

Italian Serie A club Pisa SC have confirmed the signing of Nigerian forward Rafiu Durosinmi from Czech side Viktoria Plzen. The move marks a major step in the young striker’s career as he heads to one of Europe’s top leagues after impressing in the Czech First Division.

Reports say Pisa paid about €11 million, including bonuses, to complete the deal. This fee is the highest transfer amount Viktoria Plzen have ever received for a player, making Durosinmi’s move a record-breaking sale for the club.

The 23-year-old spent four years at Plzen, where he scored 35 goals and registered 10 assists in 86 matches across all competitions. His strong performances attracted attention from several clubs before Pisa eventually secured his signature.
