US Congressman Riley Moore has expressed deep concern over the increasing attacks on Christian communities in Nigeria. Speaking on the issue, he revealed that the ongoing violence affects him emotionally and often keeps him awake because of how painful and heartbreaking the reports are.

Moore said the killings are not only a tragedy for the victims but also a warning sign for the global community. He stressed that when innocent people are targeted for their faith, the world cannot remain silent. According to him, the international community must pay close attention and work together to protect religious freedom.

He further explained that Nigeria’s security challenges require urgent action, especially as many families are losing loved ones without justice. Moore insisted that stronger pressure must be placed on leaders at various levels to ensure that attacks on Christians and other vulnerable groups come to an end.

The congressman also called for more international cooperation, noting that religious violence anywhere is a threat to peace everywhere. He concluded by urging world leaders and human rights groups to support Nigeria in restoring safety and stopping all forms of targeted killings.
