An Arkansas doctor has had his medical license taken away after security cameras showed him walking naked in his office and doing inappropriate things in front of his staff.

The Arkansas State Medical Board decided to suspend Dr. David Diffine’s license for five years. This decision came after talking with workers and colleagues who confirmed he acted sexually wrong multiple times at his clinic.

Dr. Diffine’s license was first suspended in 2024 when the board found out about his behavior. This included walking around nude wearing only a baseball cap in areas where patients come and where three female workers were at the reception desk.

Reports say Diffine even went into patient rooms, stretched in the reception area, and performed a sexual act. He reportedly ejaculated on an employee who was also one of his patients.

An anonymous person told investigators that Diffine, who calls himself a naturist, used his power, gave raises, and manipulated both employees and patients into sexual acts.

The board’s report included warnings from Dr. Bradley Diner, an expert, who said Diffine might have a sexual disorder that could be dangerous for patients.

Even though the video showed what happened, Diffine denied knowing anything about the events. He told investigators he would have to see the videos to understand what they were talking about.

The medical board ruled that Diffine broke the Medical Practices Act and seriously crossed professional boundaries.
