Transfer: Atalanta set Lookman’s price tag as Man Utd confirm deal for Harrison

Italian club Atalanta has decided to sell their Nigerian forward, Ademola Lookman, for £43.5 million. They have made it clear they are open to letting him go if the right offer comes in.

A report from Gazzetta dello Sport says Atalanta would rather send Lookman to a club outside Italy instead of letting him join another Serie A team.

Inter Milan and Napoli are two Italian clubs that have shown interest in Lookman, who once played for Everton in the English Premier League.

Meanwhile, Manchester United has confirmed that young goalkeeper Elyh Harrison will be playing for Shrewsbury Town in League Two on loan for the upcoming 2025/26 season.

The club shared this update on their website on Tuesday, officially announcing his temporary move.

Harrison had a strong performance last season during a six-month loan at Chester, a team in the National League North.

He returned to Manchester United in January after the loan ended and started playing with the club’s Under-21 side.

In February, he made it into the senior team’s match-day squad for the first time, although he didn’t get a chance to play and stayed as a substitute.
