Among the highlights was Benfica’s surprising 1-0 victory over Bayern Munich, which helped them progress to the knockout round. The match-winning goal came in the first half from Andreas Schjelderup, giving Benfica a well-deserved win over the German champions.
Chelsea also made it through to the next round after a solid 3-0 win against ES Tunis. The goals were scored by Tosin Adarabioyo, Liam Delap, and Tyrique George, helping the team secure the victory under their coach, Enzo Maresca.
