American rapper and YouTube star DDG, whose real name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., has shared that he wants to buy a house in Nigeria. This news comes while he is in the middle of a child custody fight with his ex-girlfriend, Halle Bailey.
Earlier this year in March, DDG said he wants to move to Lagos, Nigeria because he is not happy living in the United States. On Friday, he posted on his social media account, X, saying he is trying to buy a home in Lagos.
He asked his followers for advice, writing, “Planning to buy a house in Lagos, Nigeria. Which areas are good?”
At the same time, there were rumors that DDG was denied a temporary restraining order against Halle Bailey. However, his lawyer said this is not true.
According to the lawyer, the court did give DDG a temporary restraining order because of serious claims he made in his legal request.
The lawyer also said that the child custody case is still open and will be decided after a full court hearing. At that hearing, both DDG and Halle will have the chance to share their side of the story.
