Former Konga CEO Nick Imudia Dies by Suicide in Lagos

Former Konga CEO, Nick Imudia, has tragically passed away, reportedly due to suicide.

According to This Day, Imudia ended his life on Tuesday, June 25, by jumping from his apartment balcony in Lekki, Lagos.

Before his death, he called his brother in the United States to give instructions on how to distribute his assets. He also reached out to his young daughter, assuring her that he would always be with her in spirit.

His sudden death has left his friends, family, and colleagues in deep mourning.

Imudia, originally from Ika South Local Government Area in Delta State, was previously married to his daughter’s mother. Their marriage ended due to irreconcilable differences.

Nnamdi Kanu Willing to Meet FG’s Conditions for Release – South East Senators

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has made it clear that he is willing to comply with any requirements the federal government sets for his release.  This is according to South-East senators, led by Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe. After discussing Kanu’s detention with Prince Lateef Fagbemi, the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice on July 3, Senator Abaribe made this announcement.  Prior to the official talks on Wednesday, Abaribe stated that he paid Kanu a personal visit at the Department of State Services (DSS) headquarters on Monday.  Speaking on behalf of his peers, Abaribe affirmed his trust that the Attorney General would successfully push for Kanu’s release, stressing the negative effects of his protracted imprisonment on Southeast African security.
