The post criticized Judge William Alsup for ruling that the Trump administration must rehire 30,000 probationary workers who were laid off. The user claimed the judge called the layoffs a “sham” and said taxpayers must continue paying these workers.

The post further questioned the role of certain judges, asking if they would soon start making military decisions or even controlling the president’s daily routine.

In response, Musk wrote, “Without judicial reform, which means at least the absolute worst judges get impeached, we don’t have real democracy in America.”

His comment highlights growing concerns over judicial power in the U.S., especially as several judges have blocked or challenged President Trump’s policies since he took office two months ago.
