Veteran Nollywood actress, Mama Ereko, has opened up about the emotional abuse she faced in her marriage. She revealed that her late husband used to cheat on her, even in her presence.
During an interview with Talk2dunnis TV on YouTube, Mama Ereko shared that she endured this painful experience because she was afraid of him. She explained how he would send her on errands just to invite his girlfriends over.
“Sometimes, my husband would bring his girlfriends home and sleep with them in my presence. I felt angry, but I couldn’t do anything because I was scared of him,” she said.
Her story sheds light on the struggles some women face in abusive marriages. Despite the pain, Mama Ereko has remained strong and continues to inspire others with her story.
