A devastating fire broke out at a popular hotel in the Garki area of Abuja early Wednesday morning. The fire, which began around 3 AM, caused severe damage to the property, with reports suggesting billions of naira in losses.

The blaze was first noticed when a hotel guest, panicking, rushed to the reception in a state of distress to warn the staff about the fire. It started in one section of the three-storey hotel and quickly spread to other parts of the building. The rapid spread of the fire created panic among guests and hotel employees.
