In an inspiring act of kindness, Yusuf Kamorudeen, the Personal Assistant to President Tinubu, visited Markaz Agege, where he was warmly greeted by students and the school’s leader, Sheik Habibullahi Adam El-Ilory OON.
During his visit, Kamar made a generous announcement: he would be offering 40 scholarships for both Diploma and Undergraduate students. He also provided books, Qurans, and other educational materials to support the students’ learning. Additionally, Kamar made a donation to help the school with its activities.
Expressing his joy at returning to his alma mater, Kamar said, “This is where I grew up, and I’m happy to give back today.” His thoughtful gesture was met with applause from both students and staff.
Markaz Agege is known for its dedication to providing quality Islamic education. Kamar’s donation will help enhance the school’s resources and provide more opportunities for its students. His visit serves as a great reminder of the importance of supporting education and contributing to one’s community, especially for the next generation of leaders.
Kamar was joined by respected guests, including Abdulraheem Abdullahi Salaty (Albaarizy), Sheik Morufudeen Sulaimon, Alhaji Saheed Suberu, and several others.
