A 4-year-old boy, Master Hope Evans, who was kidnapped in Port Harcourt, has been safely rescued in Abuja by the FCT police. The police arrested a 31-year-old woman, Blessing Okoi, in connection with the crime.

Okoi tricked the boy into leaving his school by offering him biscuits and eggs. She then took him to Abuja, where she was caught. According to the police, the motive behind the kidnapping was to deceive her former lover into believing that she had given birth to his child.
