A tragic event occurred in Lagos on September 15, 2024, when a 54-year-old man named Olatunji took his own life. The incident happened around 8 pm in the Agege area. Olatunji’s sister reported to the police that he had hanged himself in a store at their home.

The police responded quickly, and Olatunji’s body was taken to Orile Agege General Hospital, where he was confirmed dead. There were no signs of violence on his body, and the body has been moved to Mainland Hospital Mortuary in Yaba for an autopsy. The investigation is ongoing.
