Nigerian judiciary must uphold its ethics, punish erring members – Kenneth Okonkwo

Kenneth Okonkwo has called on Nigeria’s judiciary to uphold strong ethical standards at all times.

He stressed that maintaining integrity is key to preserving public trust in the justice system.

According to him, any judicial officer found guilty of misconduct should face appropriate punishment without delay.

Okonkwo explained that failure to discipline erring members could weaken confidence in the judiciary.

He added that accountability and transparency are essential for ensuring fairness and justice in the country.

He urged judicial authorities to take firm action, noting that a credible system is vital for Nigeria’s democracy and stability.
