The Miss Nigeria Organisation has apologised to Nollywood star Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde over a viral red carpet incident.

The organisation clarified that the presenter in the video was not officially accredited for the exclusive Patrons & Board Dinner event.

According to the statement, the interaction made Omotola uncomfortable, as some individuals reportedly invaded her personal space.

The organisers also noted that the viral clip did not fully capture what happened, suggesting it was edited and lacked full context.

They condemned unauthorised access to guests and stressed the importance of respecting event guidelines and personal boundaries.

The organisation reaffirmed its respect for Omotola and encouraged fans to support her work, including her latest project.
