Several explosions were reported in central Israel on Monday after the military detected missiles launched from Iran. The blasts shook different areas and raised concerns about the ability of the defense system to stop the incoming projectiles.
According to emergency responders, at least two people were seriously injured during the incident. The victims were said to be unconscious as medical teams rushed to provide urgent care and move them to nearby hospitals.
The emergency service, Magen David Adom, confirmed that paramedics were deployed to multiple locations. Rescue teams were also searching affected areas to check for additional victims and damage.
The Israeli military reported that several missile impact points had been identified following the attack. Authorities are continuing investigations while security forces remain on alert amid growing tensions in the region.
