Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has provided the latest injury news ahead of Wednesday’s Premier League trip to Brighton. He gave positive updates on Kai Havertz, Declan Rice, and David Raya, boosting squad morale.
Arteta remained cautious about captain Martin Odegaard, who missed the 2-1 win over Chelsea last weekend. “Another one we’ll assess. We have to see how comfortable he feels,” he said.
Havertz has completed part of a training session, while Raya is confirmed fit. Arteta added that Dowman is available, but Ben White will not feature against Brighton.
Declan Rice showed improvement in training, with Arteta hoping he will be ready for the match. The squad has only had two days to prepare, limiting full practice sessions.
