The singer said she once worked at her mother’s daycare while pursuing music and often posted funny or cute things children did. She stressed that her words were never intended in any harmful or inappropriate way, but were light-hearted reactions to real-life experiences at the time.

She also addressed why some posts were removed, saying her team deleted them because of how sensitive the situation has become for her loved ones. She admitted she did not initially want them taken down but agreed for the sake of her family’s peace.

Simi added that she has always spoken against abuse and stands firmly by those values. She said she has never claimed to be perfect but insists her past posts do not reflect wrongdoing, urging people not to twist old content to damage her reputation.
