Ex-PDP Chieftain, Fabiyi Emerges ADC Deputy National Financial Secretary

A former chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Oladimeji Fabiyi, has officially taken up a new role in the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as the Deputy National Financial Secretary. His nomination was approved during the party’s Southwest zonal caucus meeting held in Ibadan.

Alongside Fabiyi, several other party officials had their nominations ratified at the meeting. They include Mr. Akinbowale Omole as National Vice Chairman (Southwest), Capt. Tunji Shelle as National Director of Communication and Programmes, and Alhaja Kafilat Olayiwola as Deputy National Woman Leader, among others appointed into various national and zonal positions.

The National Secretary of the ADC and former Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, congratulated the newly confirmed officers. He encouraged them to serve the party faithfully and work towards strengthening its structure nationwide. Aregbesola expressed confidence that the ADC is positioning itself as a strong alternative in Nigeria’s political space.

Speaking on behalf of the new executives, Fabiyi appreciated the leadership of the party and pledged commitment to its growth and success. He assured members that the newly inaugurated officers would dedicate their efforts to advancing the party’s goals and building public trust ahead of future political engagements.
