Former Kano State Governor and NNPP leader, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has expressed deep concern over the recent killings in parts of Kwara State. He described the incident as disturbing and a clear sign that insecurity in Nigeria is getting worse. Kwankwaso reacted through a post on his official Facebook page on Wednesday.
According to him, the attack in the Woro and Nuku communities shows that violent groups are now moving into areas that were once considered peaceful. He warned that no part of the country should feel safe anymore, as the terror threat is spreading fast across regions.
Kwankwaso noted that the continued rise in insecurity poses a serious danger to national unity and stability. He said the situation is putting heavy pressure on Nigeria’s security system, especially the armed forces. He stressed that the Federal Government must act quickly and decisively to stop further loss of innocent lives.
The former governor condemned the attack as a barbaric act that should not be tolerated. He also sent his condolences to the families of the victims, the people of Kwara State, and the state government. Kwankwaso prayed for comfort for the bereaved families and peace for the affected communities.
