Transfer: All Chelsea ins, outs, new contracts this winter window

Chelsea have officially released a comprehensive update on their transfer activities during the winter transfer window. In a statement published on the club’s website on transfer deadline day, the West London side confirmed all players who joined, departed, or signed new contracts as part of squad adjustments ahead of the second half of the season.

On the incoming side, Chelsea focused mainly on recalls and youth reinforcements. Yisa Alao joined from Sheffield Wednesday’s academy, while Mamadou Sarr returned after being recalled from his loan spell at Strasbourg. The Blues also brought back Kiano Dyer from Volenda, Teddy Sharman-Lowe from Bolton Wanderers, and Caleb Wiley from Watford, boosting depth across the squad.

Several players also left Stamford Bridge, either permanently, on loan, or by mutual agreement. Ato Ampah completed a permanent move to Stoke City, while Leo Castledine joined Middlesbrough and Yahya Idrissi sealed a permanent transfer to AC Milan. Raheem Sterling exited the club by mutual consent. Loan moves saw Facundo Buonanotte head to Leeds United, Axel Disasi to West Ham United, David Fofana and Aaron Anselmino to Strasbourg, Tyrique George to Everton, Kendry Paez to River Plate, Frankie Runham to Ipswich Town, and Joseph Wheeler-Henry to Brentford. Joel Philbert also completed a permanent switch to Tottenham Hotspur.

In addition to player movements, Chelsea confirmed a new contract agreement for Ryan Kavuma-McQueen, underlining the club’s continued commitment to securing promising talent for the future. With the window now closed, the Blues will turn their focus to on-field performances as they push for strong results in the Premier League and other competitions.
