A Nigerian woman based in Canada, Arike Ariyo, has surprised many with a video where she openly thanked the women who are romantically involved with her husband.

In the video posted online, Arike expressed deep appreciation to these women, calling them kind and supportive, especially during challenging times in her family.

She mentioned this while talking on TikTok about things she missed from Nigeria, such as her personal driver, the man who washed her car, and her favorite pepper seller at the market.

Arike went on to say that these women were very helpful and played important roles when her mother-in-law passed away. According to her, they were present and showed great generosity during the burial.

Even though she now lives far away in Canada, she said the women still look after her husband back in Nigeria, making sure he is well cared for.

In her words, she humorously prayed for peace between her husband and his girlfriends. She added that being selfish in marriage doesn’t help anyone, encouraging women to allow their husbands to enjoy themselves, as they may end up benefiting the most from it.
