Veteran Nigerian singer, Innocent Idibia, who is better known as 2Baba or 2Face, has cleared the air about rumours that he is broke.

He recently spoke on the +234 Mzansi Podcast, which is co-hosted by actor Nedu. During the chat, the popular African Queen singer said the news that he’s out of money is false.

2Baba explained that he has used the money from his music career to invest in different businesses. He added that whether or not he continues to make music, he will still live comfortably.

The singer clearly said, “I’m not broke. I invested my money. I can live with or without music.”

2Baba is known as one of the richest and most successful artists in Nigeria and across Africa.

He owns properties, runs a music label, and also does business in the hospitality sector
