Israel’s Defense Minister has made a strong statement, saying Iran’s top leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, is too dangerous to remain in power. This came after a missile attack hit an area close to a hospital in Beersheba.

Speaking in Holon near Tel Aviv, the minister, Israel Katz, blamed Khamenei for the attack. He said Khamenei’s words and actions are dangerous.

saying:

“A dictator like Khamenei, who openly calls for Israel’s destruction, cannot be allowed to continue to exist. He cannot be allowed to survive.”

Katz claimed that Khamenei gave the direct order for the strike, which risked the lives of civilians. “He talks about destroying Israel and even targets hospitals. Someone like that should not be allowed to continue,” Katz stated.

The missile attack near Soroka Medical Center has angered many in Israel. It also raised concerns that the conflict with Iran might get worse.

Iran’s media said the target was not the hospital itself, but a military site next to it.

In reaction to the threats from Israel, Khamenei posted on social media, telling Iranians not to show fear. He said, “If the enemy senses fear, they will keep attacking. Stay strong like always.”

In another message, Khamenei accused the United States of stepping in to support Israel because Israel is getting weaker. He said U.S. involvement shows that Israel is losing strength.

This war of words between Israel and Iran’s leaders has increased tensions even more. Many fear it could lead to a wider conflict in the Middle East or beyond.
