Sheffield United have brought in Nigerian forward Ehije Ukaki from Bulgarian side Botev Plovdiv. This signing was reported by the DAILY POST.
Ukaki made the switch to the English Championship club, but the transfer fee has not been shared with the public.
The 20-year-old has signed a contract that will keep him at the club for three years. He will be playing under Sheffield United’s manager, Chris Wilder.
The transfer will only go through once all the required paperwork is fully approved.
During the last football season, Ukaki scored seven goals in 37 matches for Botev Plovdiv in different competitions.
This is not the first time Sheffield United have signed a Nigerian from Botev Plovdiv. Back in January, they also signed Christian Nwachukwu from the same club.
